How Are You Different?
Sure, there are other websites out there that allow people to rate and review wedding vendors and businesses. But those websites are national or are large corporations and don’t direct their focus to a very local level, like we do. Our business listings, users and reviews are all from Rochester, NY and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to being “home town” and local only! There are magazines and publications locally that give you a directory but they do not have the same level of information that we give you on wedding vendors. And the reviews people leave here are more precise and informational so that you are able to make a better judgement on who to book for your wedding.

Quality Assurance
We DO NOT edit reviews or alter them in any way. In fact, we do not even remove them or get involved unless we find that someone is trying to cheat the system and add reviews that are in favor of the business. Our staff and Quality Assurance team checks every review, every registered member, every business listing, every IP address and every single aspect to make sure that anything that is added on the website is from an actual single individual who is leaving a 100% honest review or business listing. If you have questions pertaining to a review or business, we welcome all feedback and messages by contacting us.
Our team is constantly adding new businesses on a daily basis, so if we have not added yours yet, you can either add it yourself or contact us to have it added. If you’re a business owner that see’s your business listing on here, you can claim it as your own by clicking on the “Claim Listing” button on the page. We will receive your request, review everything to make sure it is in fact the actual business owner that is claiming it, and assign it to you. Once it is assigned, you can edit your content, add or delete images, and change other things. One thing you CAN NOT do, is change, edit or remove reviews.
Have Your Listing Removed
Our team of listing experts scour the web, the Better Business Bureau and government public records for business information. We understand that there are certain times where businesses would prefer they were not listed on a review website for personal reasons. If you would like your business listing removed, you can contact us with full details. Please keep in mind that anyone can sign up and just re-add the business themselves. So by us removing you, it may not stop reviewers from wanting to add your information at their will either on Rochester Wedding Directory or on our 7 affiliate review websites. We will do everything we can to maintain that your information is not on any of these websites if you instruct us to do so.
Advertising
It’s 100% free to add a business as a regular listing. We offer some low-cost paid extra options when you set up your listing as well. If you would like your listing to be featured in a category, on the home page, or both, it’s very easy to do so! Making your listing a featured one places it at the top of the page and above everyone else for quick and easy viewing.
