About All Occasions
All Occasions Catering’s Executive Chef, David Brown, began his career in the culinary arts at Chez Jean-Pierre in Rochester, NY. After eight years at this upscale French restaurant, he worked at Rochester’s legendary restaurants, Edwards and Rooney’s. In 1985, David started his first catering company, David Brown Caterer, and for ten years he wowed Rochester’s movers and shakers with the very finest in cutting edge cuisine.
Pattie Taylor Brown is the Event Specialist of All Occasions Catering. Her varied background as teacher, co-owner and marketer of a women’s fashion catalog, plus her own penchant for throwing fun parties, all came together when she met David. It was love at first bite!
In 1995, Chef David and Pattie put their talents together and formed All Occasions Catering. All Occasions was conceived as a full service special events company that would organize and manage all facets of an event, while making good use of Rochester’s wealth of talented musicians, florists, designers, event planners, photographers and artists. They developed a wide range of menus to include the full spectrum of special events: weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, theme parties, corporate events, and New York State wine and food pairings.

I used All Occasions catering for my wedding in June. The food was fantastic, my guests raved about it for weeks. Not only was the food a positive, but Pattie (the owner) has tons of experience and helped me with things like a floor plan, timing of events and other little details that a wedding planner would have taken care of. I would highly recommend All Occasions for another event.
