About Flower City Nuptials
My goal, as a wedding officiant, is to make your ceremony planning process fun, romantic, memorable, and stress free. I strive to portray your love story in your style.
This is YOUR ceremony and just like your relationship, it should reflect your values, spiritual needs (or non-spiritual), your family’s traditions and heritage, and your love story!
Flower City Nuptials will provide you with a variety of vows and readings, which you are welcome to use or draw inspiration from. We will weave in your love story and special touches to create a beautiful ceremony. No two ceremonies are alike; your relationship is one-of-a-kind and your ceremony should be too!
In addition to weddings, Flower City Nuptials is happy to officiate vow renewals, second marriages, and elopements. I am a life-long supporter of LGBTQI rights and marriage equality for all.

I reached out to Keri to talk to her about performing our ceremony on Saturday. She responded that she would call me on Sunday. I never heard from her. On Monday I reached back out to her asking if she could chat about our wedding again. She wrote back and said she was eating dinner and had a consultation at 7 and could she call me after. I said yes. She never called. On Tuesday I once again asked her if she was interested in speaking with me and she said she got home late and didn’t want to be rude by calling me to late. (Not calling or texting for 48 hours is what was rude quite honestly.) She said after she puts her daughter to bed she will call me. Later in the evening I received a text asking if she could call on at 3:30 on Wednesday. 3:30 came and no call. 4:30 came and no call. 5:30 came and no call. 6:30 came and no call. At 7:20 I texted her and told her I was disappointed she never called her texted me. She wrote back ” I am sorry. I have been dealing with a sick kid from when I reached out the other day. It’s hard when she is 17 months and only wants mommy” Funny though she posted a bunch a pictures of her daughter on her Facebook page at about the same time she was supposed to be on a call with me. It would have taken less time to text me then it took to post pictures to your Facebook page. I will be sure to post and share this story across all social media as well as the gay community in the Rochester area.
Keri did a beautiful job officiating my daughter and husbands ceremony. Highly recommended.
We could not be happier with our choice of Keri at Flower City Nuptials. She was great and easy to communicate with. We love our ceremony that she custom created for us based on our discussions together. Everything flowed perfectly. She was very kind and I can tell she loves doing this.
Keri spent time with us to help us customize our ceremony and make it personal/specific to our story. She was very flexible and allowed us to incorporate different things into the ceremony as well. We couldn’t have been happier with her service.
For our wedding, we wanted our own personalized ceremony, incorporating some of our heritage, but also incorporating elements of what makes us unique as a couple. For that reason, we searched long and hard to find officiants who took the time to understand us as couple. We read countless reviews and met/interviewed 3 officiants before choosing Flower City Nuptials.
Keri is warm, personable, and truly took the time to get to know us during our initial meeting. This was very important to us, as we didn’t want a random person standing up in front of our friends and family, talking about how great of a couple we are. At our meeting, she asked us detailed questions and made sure we had all of our needs met.
Keri was very responsive, professional, and treated us as friends; we never felt as if we were burdening her. It is clear that she loves what she does and takes a great deal of pride in both the writing and performing of each ceremony. We especially appreciated her willingness to be flexible with what we specifically wanted.
On the day of the wedding, Keri was organized, and comforting. She performed a ceremony that brought our friends and family to tears. Countless attendees told us this was the best ceremony they had ever gone to. They said the ceremony was truly “us”. We cannot thank her enough for everything.
Keri made our ceremony memorable, amazing and simply lovely. I honestly thought that whole “the room disappears moment” was just a fairytale fantasy but, when me and my fiancé were together taking our vows everyone around us disappeared. The lovely and heartfelt words that Keri created made our ceremony perfect and getting lost in the moment was all too easy. Keri is an amazing officiant, I felt she was there for us not as her job but as a friend. I would recommend her to any bride who wants a specialized and personal ceremony. If you want a special moment this is the officiant for you.
Keri was our wedding officiant! She was absolutely amazing! She met with us and heard our story! Then she beautifully wrote a personalized ceremony! Throughout the whole process she constantly checked in with us, whether it was helping us rewording portions of the ceremony or suggesting reading for us to choose! She also spoke with grace on our wedding day! I cant say enough good things about her!
